Bassist ROBBIE CRANE Quits LYNCH MOB
September 17, 2012Bassist Robbie Crane has released the following statement:
"With much thought and regret, I am resigning as the bass player of LYNCH MOB...
"Thank you to all of the fans for your support of the band and 'Sound Mountain Sessions'... It has been a wild two-year ride that I wouldn't change for anything!"
Crane, who had played with RATT from 1997 until earlier this year, quit the band in March to focus on LYNCH MOB. During an appearance on the March 22 edition of the "Headbangers At 11" show on the 93.3 KDKB radio station with host Mike Gaube, Crane stated about his decision to leave RATT, "I've been playing in LYNCH MOB since October of 2010. It's a thing that I've always loved doing, and I love playing with the band. . I'd been with RATT for 15 years and it was time to move on. I love being in LYNCH MOB and this is where my heart's at."
LYNCH MOB's four-song EP, "Sound Mountain Sessions", was released on August 7 via Rat Pak Records.
